Capital on one bank.
Execution on the other.
Deux Rives Capital deploys direct private capital into selected Swiss and European deep-tech ventures — on one condition: they run on our AI-Native Operating System and adopt the prescribed management playbooks. We are the operational backbone; the founders keep their attention on the product and the moat.
The opening
Early-stage companies rarely fail for want of an introduction to an investor. They fail from burn-rate runaway, administrative overhead, undisciplined sales and operational friction — the parts of company-building that have nothing to do with the core technology.
An introduction does not fix any of that. A standardised, AI-native operating system does. Deux Rives Capital was built to supply the second thing, and to make its adoption the price of the capital.
What we do
Capital, conditioned
Direct private capital into selected deep-tech ventures. Released against a commitment: the company runs on the AI-Native OS and the b/suite playbooks. The operating discipline is what protects the investment, so it is written into the terms.
The AI Entrepreneurship Academy
A structured curriculum on running a lean, AI-leveraged organisation — management frameworks, collaboration protocols, and agentic workflows that give a two-person technical team the operational output of a fifteen-person department.
Turnkey operational infrastructure
One operating stack across the whole portfolio, so no company rebuilds the back office: b/sales for pipeline, bc-issues for delivery, and turnkey admin, invoicing, compliance and reporting.
How a deployment runs
- 01
Source
Thesis-driven origination in Swiss and European deep-tech.
- 02
Underwrite
Unit economics, technical moat, and the team's readiness to operate our way.
- 03
Mandate
Capital is released against adoption of the AI-Native OS and the b/suite playbooks.
- 04
Operate
b/sales, bc-issues and turnkey governance run the back office from week one.
- 05
Compound
Lower burn, higher velocity, measurable discipline — round after round.
b/suite & Trinity Architecture
The operating stack a portfolio company adopts — the same agent-native infrastructure Deux Rives runs on itself, configured for the company, not a discount code for someone else's SaaS.
b/sales- Systematic lead tracking, deal-pipeline hygiene and institutional sales execution — first outbound to signed contract, on one shared process.
bc-issues- Task accountability and sprint discipline. Every commitment tracked, every sprint closed, zero operational drift.
- Companion & sub-agents
- Agent-run workflows across the operational surface, so the founding team is never the bottleneck for the work that is not the product.
- Admin & governance
- Compliance, invoicing, board packs and investor reporting on shared templates, from day one.
- Cost control
- Spend instrumented and reviewed on a cadence. Burn-rate runaway is engineered against continuously.
The case
For investors
Portfolio derisking. Companies operate with lower burn, higher velocity and operational discipline that can be measured. The failure modes that kill early-stage capital are engineered out before the wire clears.
For founders
Zero administrative headache. No rebuilding a CRM, a bookkeeping process or a board pack from scratch. Maximum focus on the product and the deep-tech moat — the reason the company is fundable at all.
Background
Deux Rives Capital pairs cross-border structuring and M&A discipline with an agent-native software layer built in-house. The investment side is run by an M&A lawyer with a Master's in Economics and Law from HEC Lausanne and cross-border private-equity experience; the operating stack — Trinity Architecture and b/suite — is built and maintained by the firm's software team.
Thibault Michel
Structuring, investor relationships, closing. Cross-border private equity; HEC Lausanne.
Andrea Edelman
Builds the agentic software layer — Trinity Architecture — that runs the operation.
Marta Prieto
Operations. The organisational discipline the agent layer cannot replace.
